Success is Made, Not Born

Success is generally defined as the accomplishment of an aim or purpose. Many of us attributed success to business and profession, the achievement of something desired, planned and endeavored. While others look on success as simply being happily contented with just enough of everything they need: house, stable job, happy family, small business etc.

Whatever definition one has of success, this is definitely every human being’s ultimate desire to be successful and triumphant to the career they have chosen in life. Success is a promising fruitful reward of one’s hard works. You have to do something to achieve it, as the famous motto says, “No Pain, No Gain.”

Successful people aren’t born but they are made.

You cannot just stay on your room all day in front of TV or computer and expect yourself to be a successful Chef someday. Taking action is simply the key start to success.  The sad part is, everyone can dream but not all are determined to make these dreams into reality. There are abundances of bigger ambitions and larger goals but scarcity of guts, determination, faith, and will. Goals without actions are stagnant like a lifeboat in the middle of the Pacific Ocean with no one to row it forward.

Remember that no successful persons have ever reached the summit without enduring the painstaking journey of hardworking and sacrificing. Action is the key to success, this is the live battle of the whole drama — fighting and standing firm until the peak of success is finally reached. Actions must be carefully planned and schemed as this, along with health and financial success, is one of your life’s serious battles.

Steps to Take Before Embarking on Your Goal

First thing to do is to set your goals. We’re all wanderers in this world but we must know where we want to end up in our destination. Set your goals – getting a promotion, starting up a computer shop business, buying a car, travelling the Europe, settling down – anything that you’re willing and happy to work hard for, it may change or adjust every five years of your life but such are normal, inevitable occurrences. Change is the only permanence we can count on. The important deal here is you get to be goal-oriented and make your mind focus on something that you dream to achieve. Eventually you will get to be more precise on your pursuits of dreams. Experiences from the past help us amend our objectives for better future plans.

Start listing down your plans. After setting your goal, now is the perfect time to act. Remember that taking action is the key to success. But you just don’t go around and do the things that suddenly click on your mind. Every action has their consequences and you do not want impulsiveness to waste much of your effort, money and time. You better have a good list of actions in working toward your goals. It may seem too ideal but you don’t need to write down your overly detailed plans. Having them outlined is enough. This will help cleaning up your cluttered mind and placing each thought in their proper filing inside your head.

The First Step: Planning

Plans are actions you’re about to take, by listing them down, you get to identify the necessary preparations you have to make like taking time to review if you’re planning to take the Civil Service exam this year, doing extensive research and attending seminar if you’re thinking to put up a fashion clothing business, enrolling for a PhD degree if you’re planning to take yourself up to Professor level.

There are lots of preparations we have to make to pave our way towards success, carefully laying the plans save our efforts and time from getting wasted into nothing. Consider the resources available. Setting goals, laying out plans, taking actions are ways that work hand in hand with your available resources and connections. You make use of it because this will bring you closer and with greater possibility to your dreams.

Taking actions as key to success is not just merely “taking actions” as doing an act, but it’s definitely a whole lot process of planning and doing the necessary things. It involves not only you and your ambitions but also the people that surround you and the various resources that can be of great help. No one has reached success without a single help from others.

Don’t just exist but live life to the fullest. Your so-called success is tasteless if you have reached it over negligence of your family, abandonment of friends, or deprivation of some good pampering to your self. What good would a fat bank account give if you’re drop-dead sick on your bed, how will you appreciate a mansion with no own children to play on the garden, where would you pull off good memories if chances to bond with loved ones slipped by already? Yes, taking actions is the key to success but it doesn’t mean restraining from the good life that you rightfully deserve. Still an integral part of success is looking back from the life you had and know by heart that it has been a worthy, meaningful journey, lived and traveled to the fullest.

Taking Action As A Sports Fan

A fine way to spend some of your free time is by attending some special popular events. It keeps you updated on what is current and popular. Let it be a famous band concert, a musical or perhaps something indie, shopping for tickets can be challenging and difficult especially when it is something “unplanned,”

Finding a ticket broker can be one of good options when you are planning to attend a popular event. They can be very beneficial in the ticket-buying process.

You might wonder what ticket broker is. Basically, a ticket broker is like a stock broker but they differ in a sense that they deal with tickets. Generally speaking, ticket brokerage deals with the purchasing of tickets from its primary source market, reselling it to buyers at higher price or rate. Learning how to become a ticket broker will take months, but the payoff is very high.

Buying tickets from brokers have a lot advantages. They can give you access to popular events that are hard to get in to. In addition, you can also have the best unoccupied seats for the venue. Buying tickets from a ticket broker can give you the opportunity to purchase tickets once they have sold out. You can also buy them in advance prior to opening date of the sales of the tickets.

Tickets for special events are scarce at most times. Hence, prices can be relatively higher compared to the tickets sold by the source seller.

If you are on a tight budget, here are some wise tips which will help you buy tickets in some popular events:

Compare Different Markets

A ticket broker, like any other business, has a lot of competitors. It is a free market, so they also have a lot of competitors selling tickets at a competitive price. Brokers definitely do not want to lose customers because of their very high prices. Even if is a ticket for a special event, tickets still vary in prices. Never limit yourself to just one ticket website, try other alternatives or other classified advertisements online. Also, be very attentive checking on their availability while searching for other ticket sellers.

Find a Good Timing

The cheapest tickets are usually sold nearing the date and time of the event. Know the market and value of the tickets before settling to their price. Some tickets go on sale unpredictably. If you are with a group of people, it is best to purchase the tickets even if they are comparably higher at price compared to the other ticket sellers.
