Products designated as Action! Packed are those which include the rules for playing the game (the "rules of play") and either character creation rules or pre-generated characters for use with the game.

Use of the "Action! Packed" trademark and logo is allowable under the Action! System Trademark License.

The ASTL requires publishers to use either the Action! Packed logo (shown above) or the main Action! System logo on any products that meet the definition of an Action! Packed product.

If you want to publish your own, original game, including setting, using the Action! System and sell them, you can. Books containing material derived from the Action! System Core Rules or other Open Content derived from the Action! System Core Rules would use the Open Game License and the Action! System Trademark License.

We've made the rules avalable to you in a handy rich text format (.rtf) file. You can just copy and paste them into your own layout, add your setting and source material, and voila! You've got an instant Action! Packed game ready to publish!
